AI Chats Terms of Service

- AI Chats will provide custom responses, based on AI, to your text messages. It is meant for entertainment purposes only.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at aichatslol@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will typically receive no more than 10 custom messages for every one message that you send to AI Chats, not including any messages related to changes in the service, terms of service, or privacy policy. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

- Changes to Terms and Conditions: AI Chats reserves the right to change these terms or cancel the text messaging service at any time. Please check our website regularly for any changes.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users and customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (https://aichats.lol, the "Site") or engage with our services via text messaging. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site or use our services.
Information We Collect
- Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, billing address, email address, and telephone number, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Site or via text messaging.
- Derivative Data: Information our servers may automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.
- Conversation Data: Contents of your messages sent during conversations with the AI Chats service.
- Financial Data: Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g., valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Site or our messaging service.
Use of Your Information
- Create and manage your account.
- Deliver targeted advertising, newsletters, and other information regarding promotions and the Site and our messaging service to you.
- Email you regarding your account or order.
- Fulfill and manage purchases, orders, payments, and other transactions related to the Site and our messaging service.
- Increase the efficiency and operation of the Site and our messaging service.
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Site and our messaging service.
- Send your message content to a third party AI model hosting service, such as https://api.anthropic.com, for processing.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:
- By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
- Marketing Communications: With your consent, or with an opportunity for you to withdraw consent, we may share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by law.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including processing your incoming messages to generate an AI model response, payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance. Your incoming messages are shared with Anthropic PBC for processing by their AI model, Claude. Anthropic generally does not use your prompts for training purposes, unless the conversation is flagged for "Trust and Safety review," or unless you have otherwise opted for them to use your messages for training their models. See more on the Anthropic privacy policy here, and note that we are not responsible for changes to the Anthropic PBC policy. We do not keep permanent logs or records of your chat history. We do maintain your most recent chat history (currently approximately 14,000 characters including the AI Chats responses) temporarily in a database to facilitate conversations with the AI service. You can clear your entire chat history at any time by texting "RESET" to your AI Chats service number.
Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
Options Regarding Your Information

- Sending the text message "RESET" to AI Chats to permanently delete your chat history.
